still day 2...

but i wouldnt have gotten through today
without darius and my early morning chat with beje

but darius has been a phonecall, text, videochat away
to help keep me motivated, keep us BOTH motivated in high
spirits and away from food.... 8 more days =]
and 6more hours til day 2 is done !

* i suggest if youre doing a spiritual/health/food cleanse, that you tell someone youre close with, because there are a lot of negative people out there who will try to persuade you other wise. that person will help to keep you encouraged when your head is booming and your stomach is growling like crazy...trust me, i have had all the feelings...but i thank darius for helping me because goodness knows i was tempted to make myself a lox and bagel sandwich =/ haha

this cleanse has become more than me wanting to lose weight. this has become to embody my favorite mantra ever -- a "mind over matter" experience, a test of my disicpline and patience, a cleanse of all the dining hall food that i have been eating back at school, and an overall relaxing time.
